Associate Attorney

Spencer leverages his education and especially his judicial clerkship experiences to provide strategic litigation insights at different levels of the judicial system. His practice emphasizes collaborative problem-solving, informed by his work sitting behind the bench, shaping legislative reforms, and advising businesses in evolving regulatory environments.

When not in the office, Spencer is an advocate for recreating in the outdoors with his family and splits his time between alpine skiing, road cycling, mountain biking, and tennis.
