Ryan Rudd is a foundering shareholder and officer of Rudd Cooper. He chairs the Firm’s Family Law, Entertainment Law, and Franchising Law Sections. He began his legal career with a California law firm specializing in Probate, Medical Malpractice Defense, and Litigation. He would later accept a General Counsel position with a Utah-based company engaged in commercial construction and leasing of properties to franchising entities in the retail food industry in multiple states.

Mr. Rudd has emerged as among the top Family Law Attorneys in the State and has litigated large and complex family law matters having significant commercial assets and large marital estates. His real estate practice ranges from representing large construction companies in large civil disputes to representing smaller residential and commercial clients contracting with commercial developers and residential construction companies. Mr. Rudd oversees the construction processes from contract to closing to alleviate the inevitable burdens and costs associated with construction contracts, thereby eliminating costly surprises at closing. He provides the same services for lending institutions funding commercial properties.

Mr. Rudd is a skilled and trained mediator offering mediation services in multiple areas.
