Nicholas Nielsen
Nicholas Nielsen (“Nick”) is a distinguished attorney specializing in civil litigation, with a robust focus on business law, real estate law, and family law. A graduate of Creighton University School of Law, Nick began his legal journey as a law clerk at the Creighton University Community Economic Development Center. There, he dedicated his efforts to assisting lower-income individuals, providing crucial legal services to microenterprise entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations.
Nick launched his legal career at a prominent law firm in Northern Utah, where he initially honed his skills in domestic practice and litigation. His career trajectory then led him to Hepworth | Murray, specializing in family law and estate planning, before a subsequent position at Lokken and Associates. Presently, Nick is a valued member of Rudd Cooper, where he continues to enhance his expertise in family law, alongside his work in business law, and civil litigation.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, further solidifying his foundation in business-related legal issues. In the courtroom, Nick is known for his strategic acumen and commitment to securing successful legal outcomes for his clients.
When not practicing law, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities, particularly skiing, fishing, and cycling. He was also the captain of his lacrosse team at Utah Valley State College and now volunteers as a coach for youth lacrosse.
