Ms. Courtney Cooper has been added to the firm name in recognition of her outstanding service to clients and dedication to the firm. Ms. Cooper joined The Rudd Firm in 2014 and has built a well-recognized reputation in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, and International Transactions. She has chaired the firm’s Criminal and International Sections since its beginning. We maintain that Ms. Cooper is among the best Divorce and Family Law attorneys in the State of Utah

Ms. Cooper is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law. She has also studied European Union Business and Trade Law at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, as well as ASEAN Business and Trade Law at the National University of Singapore in Singapore. She would later graduate magna cum laude from the University of Switzerland’s World Trade Institute in Bern, Switzerland.

When re-locating to Utah, Ms. Cooper began her career as a Summit County prosecutor. She has worked to settle numerous criminal matters, litigated in bench trials and jury trials, and obtained extensive negotiating experience. She is also a Court Certified Mediator.
