Mr. Jason Jolley is the latest addition to Rudd Cooper. Mr. Jolley has been an associate with the firm of Jolley and Jolley where he managed a caseload of 30+ cases at a time and became proficient in all areas of Family Law. In his new position, Mr. Jolley will continue to focus on matters of Family Law, but his practice areas will be expanded, and his caseload decreased to provide the necessary personal attention to each client demanded by fhe firm.

Jason has represented clients in all areas of Family Law including divorce, paternity, custody, child support, alimony, debt and asset distribution, guardianship, pre-nuptial agreements, adoption, and protective orders. He has valuable experience in Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation including numerous court hearings regarding temporary orders, modifications, enforcement and contempt, protective orders, restraining orders, Rule 60(b) motions, evidentiary hearings, and summary judgments.

Because of his fluent Spanish, Jason will represent our Spanish speaking clients including current international clients requiring a bilingual attorney.
