Jason Jolley

Jason Jolley is a skilled attorney with a broad legal practice focused on corporate entity formation, construction law, real estate law, and corporate litigation. He provides strategic counsel to individuals, businesses, and corporate entities in both litigation and transactional matters.
Jason assists clients with business entity formation, governance, business disputes and complex transactional agreements. His construction law clients include contractors, subcontractors, developers, and property owners requiring representation in contract disputes, construction defect claims, and payment issues. He also drafts and negotiates construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements, ensuring his clients’ interests are protected.
In real estate law, Jason advises clients on both litigation and transactional matters, including commercial and residential property disputes, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and title issues. He also handles corporate litigation, representing businesses in contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, and other commercial matters.
In addition to his corporate and business law practice, Jason has extensive experience in family law, handling cases involving divorce, custody, asset and debt distribution, child support, alimony, and enforcement matters. He has represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation, including temporary orders, evidentiary hearings, summary judgment motions, and trial. Mr. Jolley joined Rudd Cooper from the firm of Jolley and Jolley where his primary practice was representing clients ranging from non-contested to complex divorce matters.
