Cindy Medrano recently joined Rudd Cooper and is the firm’s Billings Clerk and Receptionist. Cindy was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas and has been in the legal field for over 20 years. She has held various positions in the span of her career. She worked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Texas; the Federal Public Defender Office, Cameron County District Clerk’s Office and also worked for a few solo attorneys. We are excited to have her part of our firm as her knowledge and experience will be a great asset.
