Alan Rudd
Mr. Rudd is the senior attorney for the firm and one of its founders. He has more than 40 years of legal and business experience. In addition to his private practice of Law, Mr. Rudd has served as legal counsel to both Fortune 500 companies and smaller corporations. These positions led him to several high-level world-wide management positions.
Mr. Rudd has been twice recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young LLP, first in 1997 and again in 2004. Mr. Rudd now limits his practice to Business Law matters including ownership and shareholder disputes, employment policies and disputes, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Rudd received his J.D. from J. Ruben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1979. He is a member of both the Utah and Illinois Bar Associations and is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts in Utah and Illinois. He was admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar in 2006.
